Transform Data into Value! - Using Analysis Services for Data Mining
In this talk, Wee Hyong will share how organizations can tap the data mining algorithms in SQL Server 2005. Specifically, he will share the trends in business intelligence, and show how the data mining tools can help to find patterns and identify trends within the large amount of data, and transform data into value-added reports. In addition, he will introduce DMX, and show how DMX can be used to query the resulting data mining models. He will also demonstrate how the data mining models can be used in ASP.Net applications.


Overall, it was a great trip to be able to meet up with the guys from the group, and exchange ideas. Keep in touch!
